Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at age 16 when she stopped gymnastics. When she was 17, she won her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness events following her decision to quit gymnastics. In the year 17 she was awarded her Pro Card one year later. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was required to take an absence of six years from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card to complete the college. Following her completion of college Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. The show continued in the same way she had left off in the previous contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a number of years after her first show, setting more ambitious goals for herself each year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of the year. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) after she took home the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took an extended break when she earned her Professional card to get her college diploma. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro occurred in the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. The team finished 3rd during the event. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage after three months, taking sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to have placed 6th in the Fitness Division, despite being completely unprepared. In light of the fact that she had to compete against best of the best. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using machines, as well as bent-over rows. It is common to warm up before the workout. Ariel uses her time efficiently. This is accomplished by setting all of the back exercises she does, doing 3 or 4 supersets of between 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this type of workout twice per week, with one day being a light weight day and another days heavy weight.
